February is the month of love and I am visiting a different community group every day to thank them for the wonderful work that they are doing.
On day 24 of #spreadthelove I’m at Random Acts of Flowers in Knoxville. They reuse flowers from weddings, funerals, and event venues and bring them to people in health care facilities to spread hope, kindness, and happiness.
And they just celebrated 100,000 deliveries in Knoxville alone! Go send them some love and tell them what a wonderful job they are doing in our community. Got some vases, flowers, or time? Donate it to them and help them spread happiness and kindness!

Day 6: Ben Atchley State Veteran’s Home
This cute flower girl column ended up at #BenAtchleyStateVeteransHome in #Knoxville . They did not allow photos or videos so I can’t share anything else with you, but the #caregivers (and probably the #veterans as well) clearly enjoyed this cheerful cutie.
Show them your #support for the wonderful work they are doing – send them messages, cards, or just visit a vet (or anyone, really) in your local #nursinghome!
And don’t forget to tell me about your favorite non-profit so that I can visit them and #spreadthelove there!

Day 1: Sevier County Food Ministries or find them here on Facebook
Go write them a comment, send them a smile, or even a card in the mail – they will appreciate any donation but it’s not required! Just show their volunteers some love.
And then tell me about your favorite community group so that I can visit them and #spreadthelove there!
Feel free to contact me with your thoughts, ideas, and recommendations on #spreadthelove!
