How to order

You love all these decorations but you’re not sure how to order? Where’s the “Order now” link? Where’s the Shop?

Those are great questions! We’re a small family business – myself, my daughter, and my hubby – and because of the nature of our work we customize pretty much EVERYTHING. That’s why you won’t find a “just get a few balloons” button anywhere.

Or contact us here, on Facebook, or Google. Whichever way is most convenient for you, that’s what works for us.

What we NEED to know is:

  • Your email address and cellphone number,
  • the date,
  • location,
  • occasion for your celebration,
  • and colors or theme.

What we’d LIKE to know is:

  • names, nicknames, hobbies, favorite cake flavor, where you want us to set things up, how big, how small, what message to print on balloons, posters, banners, cakes……

But if you’re like most people, you’ll find this long list to be very overwhelming. So let’s start with date, place, and occasion, and then feel free to just tell us whatever you feel comfortable telling us! We’ll get back to you as quickly as possible, usually in 24 hours.

We’ll give you the information you requested, and we’ll ask more questions as needed. We won’t contact you for anything else, ever!

We also don’t send out automated texts or emails, so you don’t have to worry about getting any spam. We know that you will contact us when you’re ready to use our services.

How far in advance should you order decorations?


As soon as you know that you’d like to have some sort of decorations.

On Holiday or popular weekends we’re frequently booked out many weeks in advance. While we can occasionally take an order for next-day delivery, it’s pretty rare (but you’re always welcome to check with us, especially if you want a delivery on a weekday!). The ideal time would be at least 4 weeks before your event. That gives us time to be creative, purchase materials if necessary, and allows us to take the time to put all our love and attention into your order.

How do I pay?


I’ll type up an invoice for your review and email it to you together with payment info. You can pay using a secure link, Venmo, CashApp, PayPal, even by check if you’re a business.

A $50 non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your date in our calendar.
