February is the month of love and I am visiting a different community group every day to thank them for the wonderful work that they are doing.
Day 18 of #spreadthelove is at a special place: Harmony Family Center in #Knoxville! Talking with Rachael about everything they do throughout #Tennessee for #fosterkids and #adoptiveparents just gave me goosebumps. And it made me even happier to know how much the Camp Montvale Mudder’s Day 5K #getalittledirty #doalottagood #mudrun #fundraiser helps them. I’ll see you in the mud! 
Don’t want to get muddy? No problem: Just hang out with the #foodtrucks & the #DJ. Then cheer on my team, which will come crawling through the finish line long after everyone else, together with the clean-up crew volunteers
